You can pay by either putting a credit card on file or pay by check.
You will be invoiced on the 1st of each month for only the services we have already completed, there is no pre-paying. If you put a credit card on file, it will be billed 5 days after your invoice is issued. For those paying by check, you will have 5 days to mail or give your check to the tech at your following visit after receiving your invoice.
Sniff Quests and any one time services are the exception, these will be invoiced immediately after the service is performed. Credit cards will be billed immediately after the invoice is sent and those paying by check will have 5 days to mail the check or give it to a tech.
The policy is such-
If you are displeased with any service and wish to no longer receive it, just tell us. It will be immediately cancelled with no fee, though please let us know as soon as possible, 24 hrs notice preferably.
To cancel any service, in your client portal go to Subscription, click the "View" button on the subscription you wish to cancel and then click the three dots in the upper left corner to access your menu for pausing, changing or cancelling your subscription. You will receive your final monthly bill for only the services we completed.

Yes, to the best of our ability we will try to maintain consistency in the days we are there and visits will occur between 8 am and 5 pm.
If we miss something, shoot us a text with photo and your next visit is on us. But beware to those who are not careful with this trust, Fairy Dogs can smell a rat 😉
Yes, moderate to heavy rain or inhospitable winter conditions may delay your service to the next day.
In your client portal home page, there is a drop-down menu in the upper left corner. Go to Additional Services and here you can sign up for any extra add-on or Sniff Quest.
We make a scent trail with plain water and our freeze dried treats. We boil the treats and use the water to spray a trail of whatever flavor you have picked. The scent liquid is kept refrigerated until use to ensure safety and all equipment used for application is cleaned and sanitized daily.
The scent trail is laid before cleaning to ensure it doesn't cross any waste and we are careful not to step into the path once its been laid.
Yes, when the tech arrives the dogs should be inside and remain in until all services are finished. We love visits from the fur faces but only with the owner present.
